How Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs (CIRNAC) handles misconduct and wrongdoing in the workplace.

CIRNAC is committed to fostering a respectful, safe and ethical workplace culture. The department takes all allegations of misconduct and wrongdoing seriously and investigates them in a fair, timely and confidential manner, in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness.
