About the program

The project stream of the Federal Interlocutor's Contribution Program is a proposal-based program specifically available to:

• Métis, non-status Indians or off-reserve Indigenous organizations or institutions
• other non-Indigenous organizations or institutions, including professional research organizations

The program supports projects that work toward:

• achieving practical ways of improving socio-economic conditions for Métis and non-status Indians
• supporting self-determination
• reducing dependency

Who can apply?

• Métis, non-status Indians or off-reserve Indigenous organizations
• non-Indigenous research institutions

Deadline

The deadline to apply for the Federal Interlocutor's Contribution Program is November 30, 2025 at 11:59pm PST.
