IT Service Desk — E-Mail Support Only
In order to support national efforts to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, the Service Desk will work completely offsite until further notice.
We are still able to provide all the support that you need, however, support will only be offered via email.
When sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org please be sure to include:
- Contact information where we can reach you, and;
- The asset number if you are working remotely from a Government of Canada device.
As a reminder, our operating hours are from 7am to 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
