The Faro Mine Remediation Project is holding community meetings to review how public interests and concerns from the summer 2017 consultations have been addressed. The public will be invited to provide feedback on the proposed mitigations found within the remediation plan that address the project's impact on the economy, people and the environment.

Your feedback will form part of the submission that the project team will file with the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board for review.

There are three ways to participate:

  1. Attend a community meeting
  2. Review the proposed mitigation measures document and outline your questions, comments or concerns in writing by email
  3. Mail us your comments in a letter to the address below
