Interest Issued
The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development hereby gives notice of the interest which has been issued as a result of the 2012-2013 Call for Bids for Exploration Licences in the Central Mackenzie Valley. The winning bidder, having submitted the issuance fee and the work deposit representing 25% of its work proposal bid, has been issued the following exploration licence:

Parcel CMV2013-03
High Level Energy Co. Ltd. failed to submit the required issuance fee and work deposit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2012-2013 Call for Bids for Exploration Licences in the Central Mackenzie Valley. As a result, the bid submitted by High Level Energy Co. Ltd. for Parcel CMV2013-03 was disqualified and its Bid Deposit of $50,000.00 was forfeited. No exploration licence was issued.

The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development hereby gives notice of the bids which have been selected in response to the 2012-2013 Central Mackenzie Valley Call for Bids. Bidding closed on September 17, 2013 and successful bids were received for Parcels CMV2013-01 and CMV2013-03 totaling $19,200,000.00 in work proposal bids. In accordance with the requirements set out in the 2012-2013 Central Mackenzie Valley Call for Bids, the following bids have been selected:

On June 26, 2013, the 2012-2013 Call for Bids for Exploration Licences in the Central Mackenzie Valley was amended by the removal of parcel CMV2013-02.

The Work Proposal Bid represents the amount of money which the bidder intends to spend exploring the land parcel during the initial five-year period of a nine-year licence. Winning bidders who submit the issuance fee and the work deposits representing 25% of their work proposal bid will be eligible to receive an exploration licence.
