Current service standards

Service standards publicly state the level of performance that citizens can reasonably expect to encounter from Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Affairs Canada under normal circumstances.

AANDC makes best efforts to achieve the standards but there may be events beyond its control that could result in a service standard not being met at times.
