- This transfer is submitted for registration pursuant to section 92 of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act.

Form 4 - Instructions
- Insert the full name, place of residence and occupation or, if a corporation, the full name and address of the Transferor and Transferee.
- If there is more than one Transferee each obtaining a specified undivided share, give details of the undivided shares in which the interest is to be held by the Transferees. If insufficient space, attach a schedule.
- The appropriate fees required according to section 15 of the Frontier Lands Registration Regulations must be submitted with the transfer.
- Insert the effective date of the transfer.
- Insert the address for service.
- The Transferor(s), Transferee(s), the share(s) they hold, the share(s) being transferred, the resulting share(s) and the detailed land description must appear on any attached schedule "A"
- This transfer document must be signed by all Transferors and Transferees and the date of execution must be inserted.
