FORM 2 - INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert the full name, place of residence and occupation or, if a corporation, the full name and address of the Transferor and Transferee.
   
   
2. If there is more than one Transferee each obtaining a specified undivided share, give details of the undivided shares in which the interest is to be held by the Transferees. If insufficient space, attach a schedule.
   
   
3. The appropriate fees required according to section 15 of the Frontier Lands Registration Regulations must be submitted with the transfer.
   
   
4. Insert the effective date of the transfer.
   
   
5. Insert the address for service.
   
   
6. The Transferor(s), Transferee(s), the share(s) they hold, the share(s) being transferred, the resulting share(s) and the detailed land description must appear on any attached schedule "A" (this includes any transfers pursuant to section 23 of CPRA).
   
   
7. This transfer document must be signed by all Transferors and Transferees and
   the date of execution must be inserted.
